This is a structural outline, not a reviewed privacy notice. It describes
what the Hub currently stores, but it needs checking against your actual hosting,
retention and UK/EU GDPR obligations before Coglands takes public sign-ups.
What we store
- Discord account. Your user ID, username and avatar, received when you sign in to the Hub.
- Minecraft account. Your username and UUID, once you link it.
- Whitelist application. The answers you submit and their review outcome.
- Gameplay records. Settlement membership, claims and moderation actions.
- Operational logs. Connection and error logs kept for a limited period.
Why we store it
To run the whitelist, connect your Discord and Minecraft identities, apply the server's social systems, and moderate the community. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Server staff can see the records needed to moderate. Other players see only what is public in-game: your username, settlement and nation.
Removing your data
You can unlink your Minecraft account at any time in the Hub. To have your account and application deleted, ask in the Discord or contact us at the address published here before launch.
