Not final An outline only. These terms have not been legally reviewed and should be before Coglands accepts sign-ups, donations or any payment.

Access

Coglands is a whitelisted, invitation-based server offered free of charge. Access is granted at our discretion and can be withdrawn if the server rules are broken.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. You must own the Minecraft account you link and hold a valid Minecraft: Java Edition licence.

Your builds

Anything you build exists on our world save. We do our best to protect it, but we cannot guarantee any build against loss, corruption, rollback or the end of a season.

Availability

The server and Hub are provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. Seasons are finite: a world may be retired and replaced, and we will give notice before that happens.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the Discord.
